Mr. Eric Kung was born and studied Chinese in Busan, Korea. He moved to Taiwan at the age of 18 and started his education and work. He was working at a travel agency which represents Braniff International Airways as sales. After 8 years, he moved to the United States to work at a restaurant.In the year of 1996, he also started another import/export lawn and gardening business. His products were sold to major retail brands such as Lowes and Home Depot. Mr. Kung’s business is much diversified. He also ran hay business exporting to Asia.

Mr. Kung also has very diversified businesses. Mr. Kung joined the Shandong Taixiang Group as Board member & Overseas advisor. He served as CEO of Artise Biomedical Co., Ltd, board director of Aesthetic Color Tech (Shanghai) Co., Ltd, CEO of Xiangmao International group.Besides running his business, he also actively participated in the business community. His restaurant was the first Chinese company to join the Ann Arbor Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Kung also serves advisor of Overseas Compatriot Affairs Commission, Taiwan. In the year of 2000, he was elected as the president of Taiwanese Chamber of Commerce of Greater Detroit and now still serves as board director. Six years later, he serves as vice president to Korea Overseas Chinese Education Foundation. Later, he joined the International Leadership Foundation as board director of advisors of Detroit. He served as member of the Minority Enterprise Development Week’s Asian and Pacific Islander Honorary Committee in 2009. He also served as vice president of US-China Entrepreneurs’ Federation in 2011. Now, Eric run a real estate business in Michigan and owns Kung’s Properties Management. Mr. Kung lives happily with his family in Ann Arbor, MI. He has three sons – Brian, Billy and Daniel and wife Susan Kung.
